Management/supervision is most effective only when it is done as a part-time/time pass work and not as a full time focussed work?? atleast for me it works well that way??

All these good piece of coding happens at 5 am in the morning…… so i basically am at my best early in the morning…….

After all these years of coding…..i have learnt to be meticulous enough to avoid logical errors as much as possible??
Design errors and syntax errors still stay???
